Bakom baren på Bistro Jarl har vi samlat bartenders vars erfarenheter som sträcker sig över 40 år. Vårt genuina intresse för drinkkultur har utmynnat i en cocktaillista innehållande ”klassikerna” och dess variationer, men även nyskapande kreationer som först sett dagens ljus på Bistro Jarl.

Vi är stolta över vår cocktaillista och vi hoppas att ni finner den lika inspirerande som vi gör.

Orange Rum, limejuice and sugar shaken with fresh egg white served in a frozen Coupette finished with an orange zest.

Cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice shaken and served in a sugar rimmed Cocktail glass with a lemon zest.
tIKIBILLY
 Makers Mark Bourbon, Aperol and fresh limejuice shaken with almondsyrup and a dash of Orange Bitters, served in a frozen Martini glass with an orange zest.
Aviation
Gin, maraschino liqueur, Crème de Violette, lemon juice and sugar shaken and served in a chilled Cocktail glass with a maraschino cherry.
Martinez
Plymouth Gin, Carpano Antica Formula, maraschino liqueur
and a dash of orange bitters gently stirred with ice and served in a frozen Martini glass with an orange zest.
Pendennis cocktail
Gin, Apricot liqueur and limejuice shaken with Peychaud Bitters, served up in a chilled Coupette glass with a maraschino cherry.
Hemingway Daiquiri
Light Rum, Maraschino liqueur, limejuice and sugar shaken with grapefruit juice, served in a chilled Cocktail glass.
Clover Club
Beefeater Gin, dry vermouth, raspberry syrup and lemon juice shaken hard with fresh egg white served up in a frozen Coupette glass.

The corpse revivers
A classic pick me up cocktail that origins from The Savoy, comes in three different versions.

No 1: Cognac, Calvados & Antica Formula gently stirred, served with an orange zest.

No 2: Gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc & lemonjuice shaken with a drop of Herbsaint.

No 3: Gin, Cointreau, Punch & lemonjuice shaken with a dash of Herbsaint, finished with a lemon twist.

Havana Club 7y, Orange liqueur and limejuice shaken with housemade almondsyrup, served over crushed ice in a tumbler.

Sazerac
An Peychaud Bitter soaked brown sugar cube stitterd with Sazerac Rye strained into a Herbsaint coated rocks glass, and finished with a lemonzest.
Horse´s Neck
Martell VS Cognac poured over ice with Ginger Ale and Angostura Bitters finished off with a lemoncurl.
tommy´s Margarita
Viva Mexico Tequila, Agavesyrup and fresh limejuice shaken And served over ice in a tumbler.
Ramos Gin Fizz
Gin, lemonjuice, limejuice, sugar and heavy cream shaken hard with fresh egg white and orange flower water, served over ice with a splash of Clubsoda.
Pisco Sour
Pisco Payet Torontel, lemon juice, sugar and egg white shaken violently with Angostura Bitters and served over ice cubes in a Rocks glass.
Neopolitan
Grasovka Bison Vodka and sugar shaken with half n half, served over crushed ice and finished with a Chambord float.

Campari and Carpano Antica Formula served over ice in a wine glass, topped up with champagne.
Berried in the afternoon
Raspberry liqueur in a Pernod-rinsed flute charged with champagne.
Bellini
Pêche de Vigne peach liqueur and white peach purée topped with champagne.
Russin spring punch
Vodka, Creme de Cassis and lemonjuice shaken and served up in a Coupette, charged with Louis Roedere Champagne.

A creamy mix of Cacao liqueur, Cointreau,fresh Orange shaken hard with half n half served up in a Cocktail glass.
White Chocolate Martini
Ice cold Vodka stirred gently with a large measure of Cacao liqueur. Served in a chilled Martini glass and finished with a Orange zest.
Liquid Cocaine
Vodka, Coffee liqueur, dash of Limoncello shaken with sugar and a single espresso served in a ice cold Cocktail glass with a lemon zest.
